Please use THIS form to apply for funding for your project.
Please note that a member of our club MUST sign the form in order for your application for funding to be processed.
Applications are reviewed the first of each quarter and applications are due by: December 1, March 1, June 1 or September 1.
The results of our evaluation will be communicated to you soon after the evaluation is complete.
Missing or incomplete information may cause a delay of evaluation until a later quarterly review.
Preference points will be awarded to projects that impact larger numbers of people and also for the degree to which the Rotary brand is advanced.
